has anyone here had any luck with massage therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome?

I hope so! But truth is, i heard alot of people say that an expierienced massage therapist is often more helpful than surgery would be, and ofcourse less dangerous. There something called "Active release therapy" & another called "Trigger point therapy" which is supposed to release the nerve compression & help to fully heal.
So, look that up on search engines or whatever & u might find spome info. As for myself, all this stuff is really scaring me, but i so hope that i can fully heal without any surgery, get back to everyday life normally!
