Hello,

I posted about External Opthamoplegia, but something else is going on. On my last Neuro-Optho appt. he found Eye Muscle Inflammation, Sensory Loss, and a Paralytic Strambius. He put me on prednisone 100mg for 2 days and then taper to 60mg. He says if I respond to the prednisone then it might be Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome or Orbital Myositis. Have you heard of these?
My Mom has an autoimmune disorder and I was DX with Grave's Disease in 1989 (treated w/ RAI) What is your thoguht on this? Is it autoimmune? Or is it Neurological? Am I seeing the right Doctors? <hum>

Thank you,
Kim
