Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for STD results to come back when you go to the gynocologist? And how do I ask to be tested for everything? And last question how do you get the results do they mail them to you or call and give them to any family member that answers.. Please help with any info.. thanks

Well I can answer the second two questions for you, though not sure about the first.
How do I ask to be tested for everything? Pretty much like you just said. Simply ask if they can perform a full STD check as well as your normal tests.
How do you get the results do they mail them to you or call and give them to any family member that answers? They treat the results as they would anything like that - confidentially. It is the patient/doctor privacy policy. Only you can get the results and you usually have to actually go to the doctor to get them so that they can talk to you if anything out of the ordinary has shown up on your test.

Thanks for getting back to me.. Do you know if that screens for HIV because I heard that you have to ask seperately for that, I figured if your going to get it done might as well go all the way..

You should probably list off what you want to be tested for...Herpes is not generally tested for unless you specifically request it. There are no tests available for HPV (genital warts) or molluscum contagiium. :)
