About a month ago, I woke up and my left foot hurt....it was stiff, sore on the top outside and the heel. I could hardly walk. This has been going on every morning it is worse then gets better during the day. It also has felt like it was falling asleep when i get out of bed and try to walk....like the feeling of blood rushing to it. i'm not even sure if it's a foot problem because my back is sore and sometimes my hips and knees too. Does anyone know? I don't have insurance. I am 32 female. not overweight.
