I have had tummy/pelvic pain for over a yr now that comes and goes...what aggravates it or what helps it, Ive yet to realize..and ive looked at foods etc being the culprit. I also have Interstitial Cystitis . So usually docs prescribe a course of antibiotics, which dont help...a few times CIPRO did seem to help though. They did lots of tests and found gallstones, which ill be seeing a specialist for next month.My stymptoms are bloating, feels like my insides are burning, lots of pressure...and these are felt around my navel...above and below.The pain gets so bad that im in bed..unable to do anything.
One doc prescribed Nexium..as i suffer from alot of heartburn too, and it seemed to help with tummy pain also. Anyway i ran out, and he recently put me on Pariet....which i dont find helps and now the pain is back ! :-( I have noticed its sometimes around my periods..like this time im on my period..others were week after or before, while sometimes i have periods pain free.
Im at my wits end. if they would only diagnose me with something to go on...Now i dont know if its IBS(which 1 doc suggested) , pelvic prob, or digestive prob like ulcer, etc...

Anybody with similar symptoms or just to share thoughts...Id appreciate hearing from you.
