i'm not sure if this is the right board or not, but i went to the dr. and she said i have fluid in my ears. could it cause the top of my head, the side of my head, and under my ear into my neck to be sore to the touch & feel like theres pressure on it, with pains sometimes?

scottskitty,
Not sure, but did your doc give you something to help dry out your ears? My doc, originally trying to guard against fluid in the inner ear, put me on an allergy medication (Allegra) to dry out the inner ear. It didn't work because fluid retention didn't end up being my problem, but I'm wondering if your doc knows there's fluid in there why they didn't try to give you something to clear it up.

Ah, yes, the old Allegra and steroid nasal spray routine. Know it well. Didn't work for me either, but as I mentioned, fluid didn't end up being my problem (BPV was). Good luck!
