As the title suggests, whenever I sit down, my left foot starts to tingle like it's falling asleep. I'm not sitting on my foot, but just sitting normally in a chair.

Any ideas as to why? This just started today, and for the past few days, whenever I sit down, I have pains in my groin and where the leg meets the groin. It hurts and it's freakin' me out. Any ideas on that as well?

I'm going to ask if you have any health problems like diabetes or family history of it?
I have neuropathy and I'm type 2 diabetic.
