For about a week now I have been feeling overly run down. Throughout the day it comes and goes, i get really tired then it might pass for a while. My head feels tingly,slight headache, my eyes feel dry and burn sometimes, sometimes my nose runs. I checked my temperature to be sure I didnt have a fever and have actually noticed that its been lower than normal. I usually run between 98.6-99. This past week its been 97.9-98.1. Not in the norm for me. Could this just be a bug? Its very strange. Came on like monday morning. Allergies maybe?

Try this,

Don't drink any soda or coffee for 5 days. Only drink water.
Stay away from high sugar foods like cookies and candy.
Eat one salad every day.
Put a humidifier in your room.
Get some saline nasal spray for your nose.

See if you feel more energetic after 5 days. I find that the junk we eat, makes us feel run down and lousy.

Your temp is fine, no need to worry about that. Mine runs in the 97 degree range normally.

It could be allergies for sure. Check your environment to see if anything has changed (new pets, pollen, dust, etc.)
