This is what my MRI said

Mild mucoperiosteal thickening is noted in the left maxillary sinus. Mild left maxillary sinusitus, otherwise normal MRI brain and iac's.

Does anyone here think that mild thickening and mild sinusitus could cause a person to feel high(dizzy/spacy) for 9 months straight 24/7.

I had sinusitis in both my maxillary and ethmoid sinuses, and I was really dizzy, especially early on. There is no doubt in my mind that your swelling is causing dizziness.

Do you have a physical obstruction? Deviated septum, bone spur, etc.?

They did not note any of those problems on MRI. I take it that what you mentioned could be seen on MRI.

I am going to neurologist tuesday. One minute I think I got ear probs but no one with ear probs have a stuffed nose. My nose has been somewhat stuffed since the begining. Kinda like a dry stuff on one side. I always feel a little worse in morning.

Is there anything I can do on my own to help get rid of this crap?

I had to have surgery to get rid of my dizziness/sinusitis. the CT scan revealed a badly deviated septum and bone spur. The blockage was causing pressure and soft tissue inflammation. Pressure in the head is just like being in a descending airplane.

I suspect you have a blockage of some sort. Call up your ENT today and simply ask him "did you see any structural problems in the MRI?" If the answer is yes, the next step is to think about surgery.

And the surgery was a BREEZE. One night in the hospital, and I literally felt better after 2 days than I had in 4 months.

You've been dizzy too long. Time to get some answers. I highly doubt that there is anything neurological going on. I went through the same thing you are going through now.

Yes, Dizziness is caused by sinusitis. I have it for about 4 months now. Surgery did not help me. I am about to get allergy testing to see exactly what it is I am allergic to and take allergy shots. My ENT is hoping that this will relieve the pressure off of my sinus's. Dizziness I believe is caused by inflamation of the sinus's/ear. My left ear also has lot's of pressure as well as my sinus's. SO, if you feel pain and pressure even when you aren't having a runny nose is probably inflamation. I would find out all what you can do to fix your sinus's problems and do it.
