I have exercise induced hives, along with seasonal allergies. I have been lactose intolerant since I was a baby. I read your hive posting and your enzyme research and it is great. I will start doing a lot of home work in this area. I have many of the symptoms you quoted for enzyme deficiencies. I was also treated 8 years ago with large amount of antibiotics for "alleged lyme disease". Then I developed allergies and these hives from fast paced physical activity, and I generally feel crappy. I have always felt that these issues were related to one cause. I was a head technician for a Volvo dealer for years. Rule #1 when diagnosing a complicated machine (like the body) it is very unlikely that their will be multiple failures of multiple systems at the same time. Usually the problem can be traced back to a single item, which caused other stuff to act out of order. I would love to talk to you, even if your plan isn’t right for me you could really help me jump start my efforts. Also I would love to here from anyone else who thinks they can help, or maybe I can help you. Thanks all.
