View Full Version : Diagnose Freezing Feet-Circulation?

6 mo. ago my feet started getting ice-cold. Laying dwn or walking in thick
sole shoes, feet suddenly feel freezing. Lasts hrs. then warm up to normal.
I've worn 3 prs of socks & still feel very cold. An hr. trip to grocery store &
felt like my feet were on ice walking or in line. Hse. was 80 & feet were in a
thick blanket. Toes were cold to the touch while under it. Is this a signal of
illness, circulation, or just a reflex? Few days ago my hands started it but
only lasts 20 min. No skin color change. No board for `Circulation' problems.
Hint to add one... Any cold feet out there or ideas?
