Hi all,

I cannot figure it out. I've spent the last 20 some odd years of my life without having any knowledge about having allergies but now I find myself having the following symptoms since beginning of April. I also spend 2 or 3 days a week outside:

Coughing (comes and goes)
Drainage (comes and goes)
Consistently run down and tired
Eyes heavy and itchy/watery (very consistent)
Now over the last week, I've been getting night sweats and a low grade fever at night and only at night.

I'll go through a spell where all of those hit me at once and then only 2 out of the list will be around and then all hit me again...it's crazy.

It's like something has just zapped me and said "nope, you're not going to have any energy for quite some time now. enjoy"

Is this common allergy symptoms?

I would say it sounds viral or might be a low-grade bacterial infection in the sinuses. How long has it been going on?

Over a month now. In a 7 day period, I may feel fine for 2 and all of symptoms above for 5. It has tapered off again but I just spent the last 2 days outside so I'll see if maybe it'll swing back up. Maybe it's too much sun? I just don't know. I'll have to see a doc I suppose.

Thanks

When you're outside, is it warm? Heat sickness is cumulative. You can be fine for a week, and then suddenly get incredibly sick.

Maybe you have allergies and also a virus.

It's 70's and 80's when I'm outside. I finally went to a doctor and he's running some blood work on me. Today has been horrible...I cannot seem to work at all. It's really pissing me off feeling like this...can't sleep right, can't concentrate, no energy, no motivation, urg...I'm 31 and normally jumping around with energy.
