my butthole itches really unbearably bad and it does this every once and a while, Do you think i have worms or an infection or what help please and also i need to know how to treat this!

I fell you have nothing to worry about because this does happen to me but I find it happens when I go to the bathroom two many times in one day. It only happens when I have diarrhea. I think its from going alot and the whipping causes an irritation/rash which cause you bum to itch.

Well, if it was worms, you'd probably be itching alot more than you are. Also, pinworms come out at night so that's when you would be doing the majority of your itching. If you find this is the case, you can look at your stool too, as you'll see them in there.
You don't give your age but it may simply be hemmeroids, as these too will itch terribly on occasion. It could also be your soap drying out your skin....maybe try switching to a body wash and see if that helps. Not washing well enough could also cause it, so you may want to be a little more careful when bathing.
As for treating, buy a tube of Cortaid at the drugstore and put a dab on when it starts itching and it will stop it. It will also clear up any kind of a rash you may see there from itching so much.

I am not sure what it is, but while waiting to go it checked by your doc, you can try vinegar. Yes, good ole vinegar on a cotton ball usually takes care of any itch you have anyplace. It may burn if you have been itching the itchy to death but it will stop in seconds. Put it on and try to let it dry before putting your underwear on. Do this in am and pm before bed. :)

Seems like pinworms to me. Try checking your stool. Make sure to always wash your hands when you come from the outside and before you eat anything.

lately ive been using a wet rag for my first two or three wipes. this helps atot and i didnt see any worms. I have good hygene, i take two to three short baths a day, because im an athlete, so it has to have been over wiping and extreem iritation

APply some A&D ointment. You can find it at any drug store with the baby stuff.

its not worms i got some cortizone cream and that fixed it for awile is this going to go away

I agree, the A&D ointment worked for me. Zinc ointment is good too, also in the baby section at the pharmacy.
