I have been reading that infections can cause CTS and Ulnar nerve entrapment. Ironically, I had my problems shortly after a sexual encounter. It's not only my hands but my legs seem to have nerve problems too. I am wondering if it is an STD or a possible bacterial, fungal or viral infection caused by the STD? Is this possible? And, can the problem go away if the body produces antibodies to fight off the infection? It seems like I get a little better day after day, but the pain is still there.
