I'm probably going to the doctor tommorow anyway but id still like to ask. I searched 20pages or so of threads without finding what im looking for. I found a small lump on the top of my left testicle last night, ive been to the doctor before with a growth in my right testicle but it turned out to be one of my tubes blocked so I know it's not that, its not attached to any tubes, its located just infront of them. I haven't had any other symptoms of cancer so what i wanted to know is how big is cancer usually? The lump i have is really small, does that mean i got it in the early stages or does it remain one size constantly?

Help much appreciated, im pooing myself right now.
