Can Phentermine and Lexapro be taken at the same time? Thanks in advance!

I did a check for you in the phamaceutical monographs for these drugs and Phentermine HCl and Lexapro may interact based on the potential interaction between PHENTERMINE and SSRI'S.
The interaction is listed under "serious" ( There are 3 catagories: Severe, Serious, Moderate.)
It says that these 2 medicines may interact and cause very harmful effects. So, before you go further, I would contact your doctor for more information.

Thanks alot. I wouldn't take them together unless I knew it was safe! I have been trying to find info, But haven't been able to. I really appreciate the help! Thank you!!
