hi. i have always had problems with ingrown toenails, but this time, i cannot seem to clear it myself. about 10yrs. ago i had an ingrown toenail removed by a podiatrist (surgically) and all i can remember is the horrible pain that arose from the injection to numb the area. just remembering that makes me not want to have this taken care of. but i know it must be taken care of because i have had this since november and it's only getting worse. if anyone has had the procedure and can REALLY tell me what it feels like to have the injection i would appreciate it (10yrs. ago i was 14 and, although i am better with pain now, i'm still a wimp).
thanks~

All I can say it "GET IT TAKEN CARE OF"

The longer you wait the worse it will be. November wow that is a long time. It is not a bad procedure, you will actually feel better once it is over and done with. Of course it will sting a bit, but I am sure you have had worse. I think what you remember as a child has put an over whelming feeling in your mind...

Get it done, so that you can enjoy your summer in sandals!!!
