Agree totally, Subs you are always interesting & informative. On reading the article I was struck by the person who heard the 'whispering' in the ears. Made me think of the half dozen occasions when I have wakened from sleep, usually first thing in the morning, but sometimes in the early hours when it was still dark. "Somebody's playing their radio far too loud, must be that noisy neighbour across the back fence, don't know why next door doesn't complain, I mean if I can hear from here, it must be really loud right next door. No, no it's somebody parked in the street, car door open and car radio on, probably the young lass next door". I fell for it every time, so convinced was I that I could hear music playing, even the DJ's voice every few discs. It was my flaming ears, the music was in my ears! Don't think I'll tell any medico's about this, they'll get that look on there faces and it will be "your hearing voices are you, how often does this happen"? Always faded away, but I got caught every time.
