i'm 24 and my vision is getting a little blurry and i can't see/read things that are maybe 100 feet away.My eyes kind of hurt too.Can i just go to a regular lenscrafters and get an eye exam and get glasses or i need to go to see an eye doctor?

I work at LensCrafters, and I can assure you,the Doctors of Optometry that have offices with us,are "real" Doctors! They are not employed by our company, but rent office space next to our stores for the convinience of our patients. It is frustrating sometimes that people don't view us in the same light as a private practice, despite the fact that we have the same exact licensing and credentials that they have,we just happen to be located in the mall. Please don't underestimate the professionalism of LensCrafters Opticians or our Doctors of Optometry. We do excellent work. With that said,it sounds like you need distance correction, not reading. But the Doctor can make that determination for you.
