has anyone on medication notice that since taking it there pupils are dilated alot. I am on Paxil Cr for anxiety, and since i been taking it, my pupils are almost always dilated. im not overdosing or anything. i take 25 mg a day and xanax as needed, maybe once a day if that..anyone else?

kelle, its possible it is a side effect of the paxil: i know that prozac can cause "vision problems" whatever that means. Since both are in the same family of drugs, I would ask your doctor.

I would call your doctor's office and ask them about that. If you can, get a hold of a Physician's Desk Reference manual---possibly at the library or medical library and look up the side affects, etc.
