OK here are my symptoms. The medical people have failed to diagnose anything despite doing every test under the sun.
I suffer from a lot of abdominal cramps and discomfort - usually worst first thign in the mornng when I wake up. These are eased somewhat by eating. They usually get worse when my stomach is empty.
I can't really identify a pattern. Sometimes its ok and I don't have it. Other times like today its quite bad. I've been following a gluten free celiac diet for nearly 20 years without any problem. This issue has really been a problem for the last 10 years.
I've had a lot of tests as I say I've also done colonic irrigation and take acidophilus supplements.
The only thing I have yet to try is to cut out dairy products. Does anyone thing that my symptoms could be due to dairy? I don't notice it being particularly bad after I have dairy though.
Also (although it might be unrelated) I have a lot of acne like red marks and breakouts on my chest shoulders and upper back. I don't get much acne on my face and neck any more so I wonder is it an allergy/intolerence.
