I have a sinus infection and have been on anti biotics now for about three days. I just cant get rid of the headache that it is causing. Apart from taking painkillers that make me want to sleep half the day. Any ideas on self help at all to alleviate them. Im sick of being sick LOL. All suggestions are appreciated.
