I don't have carpal tunnel but I have other issues, mostly my neck and back. I heard about this fairly new therapy called "Active Release Technique" (they have a website) and it was originated by a gentleman who was trying to figure out a way to help those with Carpal Tunnel without using surgery. Anyway, it's great - it is a soft tissue therapy used commonly by Chiropractors or Physical Therapists. It has worked amazingly for my problems - it has been the ONLY thing that has worked that I have tried over the past 20 years!
