Has anyone ever heard of calcium deposits or calcium tumors at the base of the brain? If so, what is that condition called? I have the words "magna goma" written down, but I can't find that name anywhere.

The doctor called them calcium deposits or tophi (sp?)...now seems like I've heard of magna gioma??? olan 05-01-2004, 02:32 AM Look under "brain sand(s)" in your search engine. I have a calcified pineal gland by the time I was 18 and found out this is normal. That is all I know about calcification of the brain. olan sts22 05-07-2004, 01:15 AM Try foramen magnum meningioma |
