I seem to have this problem with my stomach. I get chronic indigestion. I just feel like crap all day and I have chronic burping. Now, I quit drinking anything with caffeine and any carbonated beverages. I used to drink a lot of diet coke and I thought that maybe it triggered that. It's been months now. I don't seem to understand. I can't lay on my stomach. I can't lay down after I eat something and I can't eat fast. Sometimes, the gas is so bad that my heart starts pounding really hard and then I burp. After that, my heart beat is normal. This is really bad during the night, cause when I wake up...I usually get a panic attack. I'm afraid that this might be something serious. I mean, its normal to have gas every day but I think mine is worse. I'm just afraid that it might drive me nuts or just kill me.
