Has anyone ever used this machine? I bought one for 20 bucks at a thrift shop, I like it, its easy on the knees, Wish it had come with a vidio to give yo some sample works outs on it.

Yes i used to have one, its a great from of cardio as you can change the settings on the machine to make your arms move or still.

yes it does give a good cardio workout. Now if I could just get my lazy but on it and stick with it. :rolleyes:
