Hi,

I'm a 15 year old male, and I have this 24/7 stabbing pain in the back of my head where it joins the neck, I have been suffering from this for a couple of days now and the strange thing is it becomes at it's most painful during masturbation, it becomes unbearably painful and I have to stop, it leaves me semi paralyzed, unable to do anything, it usually results in me going to sleep, but more recently it's been a slightly painful, annoying throb in the back of my head which has kept me up all night. I have searched all over the internet for this, the closest I have found is migrane and stroke, but I highly doubt it is either, because I do not feel pain in the side of my head, so I doubt it is migrane, and if it was stroke and it was left untreated for this long I would probably be dead and I think I'm a little too young for stroke. also I am taking ibuprofen I think 400mg(the strong one) every 8hours or so, but this seems to be having no effect.

The reason it gets worse is probably related to you increase in blood pressure. It may very well be a form of migrain which is a vascular headache (related to blood vessels in the head) Or you could have a vertibra out in your neck that may be pinching a nurve. You should see a Dr. or Chyro about it. It may not be serious but they can probably fix the problem.
