Hi,

I really don't know if the pain is mainly centered in my ankle/tendon/calf areas---is that considered neuropathy pain? Or is it neuromuscular pain? I am sure it is nerve related, because I would occasionally get strange pain and numb sensations on the top of my foot and inner thigh areas too.

If it is very mild and gets better by the day, should I avoid the problem even though it's almost been going on for 2 months already? Thanks.
