HEy everybody,
I am pretty new to all of this. I am a 22 yr old male. I have had a headache for like 5 weeks now and my stomach had been in knots and i have trouble sleeping good. I had a perfectly normal WBC count a week ago, but they said my tonsils were swollen and my nodes were a little active. I am concerned cause they said it is just allergies and put me on a decongestant. I hardly ever feel like eating. My questions are 1) can your WBC count be perfect/normal and still have a virus, bacterial infection, HIV? 2) Could all of these symptoms be allergies and a lot of stres (which i have been having)? any help would be nice
