HI All,

Had my EMG done today and the doc printed out his report before I left. Basically it said I have Acute L Ulnar Motor and Sensory Entrapment Neuropathy at the elbow and active muscle denervation. (I'm losing the use of my left hand). Need surgery ASAP to prevent further permanent damage.

Has anyone been through this or know about it? I was worried about the EMG, now I have to worry about surgery, etc *S*

Has the doc told you what kind of surgery? He could do a simple release or he cuold move the nerve and bury it in the muscle. I had the release in Nov and the surgery was not as bad as I expected. Unfortunatley for me it was not my only problem and I just had neck surgery also. I am hoping one of these days to get the feeling back in my left arm so it quits the constant pins and needles feeling.

Good luck to you
