I recently visited an allergy specialist, because of a deterioration of the condition of my skin on the backs of my arms and chest, as it seemed to me getting more and more aggressive month on month an allergy seemed to be a reasonable guess.
The allergy specialist recommended a blood test and the "stone aged diet".
The results have come back and I would appreciate a second opinion.
