When you have a stroke or TIA, does your blood pressure alway's go up? Can you have a stroke or TIA with low blood pressure? I would think so, but don't know the answer to that?!?

well i am not sure either but i can tell you this. my blood pressure is never over 104/60 and i have had 7 strokes.....so my guess is you can have a stroke with low blood pressure.

Hi, i have low blood pressure (average 77/54 )and i had a mini stroke six weeks ago, no not always do you have to have high blood pressure.
