Recently, I've been trying to get cut up for the summer, so I've been doing more cardio as well as supersets (in case you wanted to know, I've dropped 21 pounds in about a month without losing too much muscle. Woo-hoo!).
The weird thing is, whenever I do more than 20 minutes of cardio or a session of supersetting (ie-chest & back), my right ear gets plugged up...similar to take-off / landing on a plane, or swimming underwater.
The plugging up lasts for 30 minutes to an hour.
Is this something I should check the doctor about?
I've never had an ear infection before, but I've noticed the ear-plugging for a couple of years now (yeah, I probably waited a little long before asking).

You probably arent drinking enough water you need to drink alot of water expecially before and after cardio. I know if i dont drink enough water while working out or during cardio my ears get plugged up and my throat gets dry.
