this is all what is occuring in my ears ever since i hit my head yadde yadde yaaa ive had 3 CT's, 3 MRI's......does anyone kno why this could be happening?

Is it both ears or just one? I have a slight ringing in my right ear but prior to that I had crackling, thumping, itchy etc., etc. Right now I experience a pulsating noise when I bend over or move my head in a certain direction. My doctor told me that it was ETD (eustationary tube dysfunction).
