Hey Naxis!!
Just wanted to letcha know that I joined the Y this week. Started going to aerobics classes from 6-7 and some weight training afterward. And boy am I feeling it today!!!! My calves are killing me!! What do you recommend I do on the weekends when there are no classes offered? I dont know that my calves can take any jogging!! lol

You should take one day a week to rest so your body has a chance to recouperate from the abuse you're inflicting :D , but if you really need to do something active, keep it light, like swimming or biking (easier on aching calves). Your calves will probably be a lot better tomorrow as calves seem to recover fairly quickly. Maybe just a walk in the park. :) I like to hike on the weekends, but that's not so aching-calves friendly.
