Hey, I'm only 16 in decent shape, but i need to get a lot more stamina for basketball. I also have somewhat of man boobs, i really hate them and heard cardio will get rid of them. I was just wondering if there is any good specific cardio workouts for those areas. Please help me out if you can.

there is no cardio for "those areas" cardio is making your heart beat faster when your heart works faster than usual your body burns fat, and the best way to do this is running, obviously its going to take atleast 1-3 months for any decent results

alright. here it is...
- Squats
- Then you want to do jumps, like squats in which you squat down like you are sitting, and holding say a 8 lb medicine ball, propel yourself up(jump) as high as you can, and then back down to squat form..
-Do some strength training with bands or cables...
-Run doing wind sprints(wind sprints are most like basketball movements, start and stopping)
