my friend was recently diagnoised with brain cancer. he has a tumor. he is 16 years old and the doctor said he has a 10% chance of living 3 years...what exactally does that mean??? and is there any cure for brain cancer?

There are so many differest types of tumors. Is there treatment for this maybe radiation??I am assuming it is in an in operable place. God bless him and I will sure keep him in my prayers.
