I've got one simple question:
My nose is always blocked. It's pretty hard for me to breathe through my nose. Also I have a white-yellow coated tongue. I read somewhere that Sinus Infections are the cause. Someone wrote a topic bout using Hydrogen Peroxide (H²O²) 3%. Dilute it 50% with water and put five to ten in each nostril. Now my question is:

Is the drugstore variety, which is H²O² (3%) dangerous?

I know it's pretty crappy to make a whole new thread for one question but I don't feel like reading 500+ posts to find the answer.

Thanx in advance

There are quite a few folks (and doctors) who don't advocate sniffing hydrogen peroxide. A normal sinus wash, either one you buy at the drugstore or one you make yourself, will do just fine. I make my own using salt and baking soda.

If rinsing and some sudafed don't help much, you may want to go ahead and see a doctor.
