Mine started as little white bumps (about the size of the tip of pencil lead) they were in a small cluster then 2 others by themselves. They were located on the inner lips of the vagina. They never itched or anything. They did get bigger and I got more after some time went by.
My doctor wasn't sure that they were warts or not, so she took a pap and sure enough they were!! So she prescibed me some gel that took them away in 3 applications!
If you think you may have warts, go to the doctor!! Because if you have HPV it is possible you have more than one strain. One particular strain puts you at higher risk for developing cervical cancer (if your a woman). Get into your doctor so you can get it check out.
I am sure if you did a search on yahoo or google for genital wart pictures you would find something that you may find helpful.

Minimizz,
I just read one of your other posts...don't be worried about telling your mom! I was scared half to death to tell my mom, but I did and she was very concerned and has told me now how appreciative she is about me being honest with her.
But if you feel like you really can't tell her, you could go to planned parenthood and have an examination or your doctor. I am not sure how old you are but if your in college you could even go to the clinic there.
And you can get HPV without having sex, you can get it through skin-to-skin contact (that is how i got mine (ive never even had sex))!!!
The best advice I can give you is to get into the doctor and find out what is going on, the time that I noticed mine and just let the idea of what it could be sit in my mind put so much stress and anixiety on me! Knowing what is going on and taking care of the situation is the best thing you can do for yourself.
