I know that this sounds weird but I started taking Salagen 4 times a day for dry mouth. When I did this, my eyes teared quite a bit more. Within 15-20 minutes after taking the Salagen-i have tears! I have not had to put artificial tears in! I hope and pray that this keeps up as i don't want to have tostart on Restasis. I am on low dose eye steroid drops now but those are once a day and i will taper off this week. i will let everyone know if the Salagen keeps working.
