They are two completely different drugs, but both are considered skeletal muscle relaxants. I think Flexeril acts directly to relieve muscle spasm. Soma doesn't directly relax tense skeletal muscles per se, but does seem to relieve pain, probably due to its sedative effects. zuzu xx |
