The problem isnt with me, its for my girlfriend, im very worried about her,m she never sleeps, she had a bad experiance when she was younger, shes now 16, shes been having nightmares which are causing her not to sleep and to lose concentration during the day, when im with her somtimes she just starts thinking about the problem and starts being off with me, one night i noticed that when she sleeps, she jerks round an awful lot and its not what i call normal sleeping. she says she is getting used to not sleeping but i know in the end it wil affect something! can anyone sugest anything to relax the mind so she isnt thinking while trying to sleep? iv sugested to her seeing a councilor but she wont! so im wanting to find out how i can help her sleep! she says its getting worse and she cant stop thinking about it even tho she tries so hard! its taking over her life. please help by sugesting ways of relaxing her mind to make her sleep! sorry if this isnt the room to type this up in. i just need help urgently! thanks to those who help in advance!
