My daughter is two with cp and has receintly has had a seisure. It was her first. She had an inutero stroke before 4 months gestational. From what I understood was that the chances of her having seizures was low because hers was inutero. Her stroke was mild but her "stroke activity" lasted hours. When we first saw her awake she had vomited. But there was no feaver. Her head was turned to the right and her eyes were turned to the right. and she was nonresponsive for a few minutes. Then before we even got the the hospital her eyes started darting back and forth. That is what lasted for hours. From 12pm to 3:30 pm. Does this mean she has a seizure for that long? Also after the seisure she started to get a tempature six hours later. She also wouldn't eat or drink. All she wanted to do was sleep. I took her to the doctor and after an antibiotic she was better after threedays. Does any one eles have anything eles like this. Or of a child with injury inutero that has seizures? thanks

My granddaughter has cp due to housefire she was in at 5 mos. When we were in the hospital we noticed long seizures they would last all night and she would get only seconds rest before the next seizure would start up we thought she was on meds for that when we took her home until we found out she was on everything but seizure meds well her primary care dr put her on phenobabital and it made a world of differences but the side effects were dangerous as all serious meds can be wel she was on this for about 6 mos and we took her off slowly lowering the doses .She is now seizure free and on no more meds, dont know why they say she is coming back slowly but she will always have cp hopes this helps some and good luck
