I feel that I am getting a little more sleep now. That pain is still there, but wasn't as bad as it was a month ago. I still struggle to get the sleep patterns right, but I still manage to fall back asleep more sooner. Sleeping pills are helping me somewhat, although i know it is not a long term solution.

I am taking a full B Vitamins, Magnesium and Folic Acid. I am doing it religiously day after day. I would recommend it.

Also, I notice that when I drink soda or eat fast food, the nerves hurt more. When I am eating more vegetarian, they feel better.

My doctor says that moderate and mild CTS symptoms can sometimes fully heal in months or a couple years. Is that true?
