does anyone know if there is any evidence that suggests sexual abuse in a persons past may lead to learning disabilities, especially memory type disabilities, as it may be a way for the mind to cope with the trauma. i was discussing this the other day with a friend. sorry if the topic's a bit innapropriate, and if it causes great offense, please get a moderator to remove it
