youre right it is crazy!! but is'nt everything we obsees about crazy?? at least ur doing what im doing and drinking it anyways! of course you are not going to die if you go get a drink of water. IF you die it is because something is wrong with your health and not because you got a drink of water. i do feel for you i am the same way execpt i say to myself if i dont grab this cup for my water or rinse my cup 3x or whatever number it is that day something bad will happen, i understand logically that if something bad happened it wasnt because of that!and i also dont go back and blame it on that when something bad does happen either. i am able to tell myself it is ridiculous but i still do it sometimes anyways cause i figure, hey not like im hurtung anyone!! and to be honest, im sure you can relate, its almost like a security blanket for me. i feel better, like a closed door, when i do grab the cup i like, or the 8th thing off of a shelf. i think that with help and some self control we can somewhat sustain our obessesions. at least u are drinking the water and not letting it control u too much. keep up the drinking and this may sound strange but it may assure you ina funny bizzarre way but if getting this water really did make you die, then you would be dead and wouldnt realize it anyways!(i meant that in a funny haha way-not a rude way:)
