well, i'm very curious as to what i have. last year, i was diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder. i was hypnotized last sept, and all of my panic attacks have stopped 100% from that day till now. my question is, do i really have anxiety, or is it OCD. it is all revolving around my health. the typical, headache=brain tumor, stomach ache=ulcer, palp=lung cancer, common cold=AIDS. i just think about every little feeling in my body all day long, and make them into fatal illnesses. now that the panic is gone, all i do is worry, but it never goes any further. before i would be freakin out, in the ER everynight, with panic attacks. now i just think about it all the time. but i don't think thats really anxiety, i think it sounds more like OCD. but i don't really show any other symptoms of that either. all i do is worry a lot about my health, and make little situations into huge ordeals. does it sound like, anxiety, OCD, or just i worry too much? i think if i could really tell what it is i have, i can battle it like i did with the panic attacks. thanks for listening.

TO me it sounds like a bit of everything, but cant tell you what you do or dont have. talk to your doctor, he can help you out! You shouldnt have to worry all your life
good luck

You are like me!! I often wondered if mine is a bit of OCD because of what I DO when I'm obsessing about my health - do you do this too: OK, let's say I think I have a brain tumor, I will do brain tumor tests, but not just one, I'll do several a day, and I do them multiple times because I think, "Maybe I didn't do it right last time!"

And my thing with health is, one day I WILL get something and every time I get a symptom I think, "This is it! This is the REAL thing! How long can I keep 'dodging the bullet' as they say!?"
