Also, I know i need to eat healthier, but what kind of meals work best, i can't cook, so i was hoping to buy some pre packaged microwave dinner.

First off, you can't just lose fat in certain spots. You need to do cardio atleast 20 min a day @ 3 days a week. You can only tone the muscles underneath the fat with strength exercises. As far as foods go, I'm not an expert, but it is VERY important to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day, eating plenty of protein since it digests slowly, making you fuller longer. Cut back on junk foods, processed foods, and white breads. Try wheat bread, pasta, and organic foods. Microwave dinners are not the BEST choice since many are loaded with fat unless it's from a healthy brand, but either way pre packaged meals contain a lot of sodium. Keep your caloric intake at 1200-1500 and no less! It's very important that you don't go below 1200 calories since your body will go in starvation mode. If possible, try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals since it will boost your metabolism more.

Good luck!
