Yeah,i have irritable bowel and hypoglycemea.I still wait scared that one day i will have diabetes.

Anyway,i feel that the sugars dosen't save me all the time from dying.I found that proteins(peanuts, meat, soup) seems to restore my energy when i'm dying 3 hours after a meal.Low blood proteins? Is it possible? What can cause this?
I guess irritable bowel or\and hypo... :o

Protein meals helps to keep a person from getting hungry so soon. It takes longer for protein to be digested and converted to glucose which keeps the glucose level more stable longer than a meal of high carbs. Eating protein and carbs together is a better way to keep blood sugar level. For hypglcemia one must eat on regular basis and more frequently.
