it has been a couple of weeks since i have been able to post. i keep getting that banned message.

anyway, today i seem to be able to post, so i just wanted to say hello, and see how everyone is doing.

i am still in the same boat. i had my 2nd shot last thursday and i am still waiting for relief. at pt, they are doing manual traction and deep massage as well as stretching exercises. today i am suppose to
get a tens machine.

the ms contin isn't helping and the pm doctor refuses to try a different med. he won't up the dose from 15mg x3 a day. won't give anything for breakthru pain.
it's very fustrating. i have just decided i can't go back to work. this ole' back of mine just seems to be getting worse instead of better. needless to say, i am not a happy camper.

i keep being told the thoracic area is tough to treat and is a difficult surgery. oh, what a mess.

i hope everyone is doing better than myself.
hey. we might hit 40 degrees today!!! yay!! tomorrow more snow though. when will spring arrive???

I noticed Kathy that no one had responded to your messege. I have been up most of the night and thought I would get on the puter, since everyone else is in bed. My daughter is home this week from college and has hogged the thing all week so. Junst wondered how you were getting along with the TENS unit? I have had one for several years and haven't used it much in the last couple years.

thanks for the reply maryanne. the tens unit helps a little. i find i use it after i have done a lot of walking around or cleaning this house!!! wow. college kids. that must be an interesting age. i have two boys. 14 and 11. the teenager is driving me crazy. we are at the, "i hate you stage" and the , " you don't know anything stage". ugh!!!!
